FERPA & COPPA

For students under 13, the parent/guardian provides verifiable consent and controls the student account. We act as a service provider and do not sell student data or use it for advertising.

AI features

The AI Tutor and AI Parent Advisor run on self-hosted models. Conversations are stored to improve your child's pathway and are never used to train third-party models.
